Twitter Q&A coming soon!

Hey guys!

So today I'm really excited to finally announce some big news. Soon our collab group, #BeautyOfBlogging will be doing a Twitter Q&A. This gives all our followers a chance to ask us any questions they have, requests ideas and many more. For now I am waiting until I get a reasonable amount of followers for a Q&A....around 100-1000
Hopefully we'll be able to get the Q&A done by August (which I know is a LONG way away), but in the meantime, I will be trying to post at tweeting at least once a day.

Pancake Day...mmmm!

Hello Everyone!

I like to keep promises when I can. So as I promised to blog a lot more this half term, therefore I am going to keep that promise.

So today is Pancake Day, also known as Shrove Tuesday. I loooove pancakes sooo much! 😍 Today I'm going to be not only making you hungry, but comparing the two types of pancakes- British and American. I don't think those are the traditional names but let's just stick with that for now.

Today we will be calling these the 'British' pancakes.

Now I'm guessing most of you are familiar with these. Not only are they easy to make, but in terms of ingredients, a little goes a long way. I'm sure we've all had that moment when we flip the pancake up in the air and then poof! -flat on the floor! A pancake gone to waste. But nevertheless you continue because you can usually make about 4-8 pancakes with the mix.
My personal favourite toppings for these pancakes are:
-Honey
-Chocolate Spread
-Strawberry Sauce
-Chocolate Sauce
- and if I'm in a good mood maybe even a little dusting of more caster sugar!

Onto the second type of pancakes...American pancakes!

The only times when I eat these pancakes are at break/recess in the school canteen. They are so delicious but now our school seems to have literally drenched the pancakes in the syrup. I find that because these are SO thick, I usually get full after eating 3 or 4 of them!
Ideal toppings for these types of pancakes:
-Golden Syrup
-Strawberries
-Raspberries
-Blueberries

In my opinion, the first ones are the best :)
I hope you enjoy Pancake Day and make some delicious treats 😋 If you liked this post and/or agree with my judgements, don't forget to share this and like it. Comment your favourite type of pancakes and what you prefer to eat with yours.

🐝 My Valentine

Valentine's Day is just around the corner! Everyone is getting ready for the big day, buying gifts and trying out makeup looks and recipes.

Personally, I don't like Valentine's Day. But I don't hate it either. For me it's just a day to stay indoors and avoid all the smooching couples. As Zoe said, it's not necessary to have one day of the year to show your love and affection for someone, it should be all year round.

I've noticed how people have gone from:
My true love ☞ Girlfriend/Boyfriend ☞ Babe ☞ Bae

Just in case you didn't know bae means: Before Anyone/Anything Else.

Now moving onto gifts, here are some of the best Valentine's Day gifts, in my opinion:
- A box of chocolates...must contain nuts, hazelnuts, Oreo, biscuit, caramel or peanuts.
- A box of pizza...must contain some sort of meat!
- A tub of Ice Cream...maybe Ben & Jerry's or anything, but even plain vanilla will do.
- Flowers...they cannot be FAKE!
- Or something like a nice phone case, or something I've wanted for a while.

You don't have to get someone a gift. Just being the lovely person you are is enough. Comment below whether you're a single Pringles or a taken bacon.
Happy Valentine's Day and I hope you enjoy Friday the 13th!

If you really have no clue on how to spend your Valentine's Day, I will link a video below to give you some ideas!

Eyebrows on Fleek

I'm guessing you were curious by the title and that's why you decided to click on this post.

So eyebrows. They are a particularly important feature of the face. They frame your face, and not only that, they say a lot about your personality.

Today I would like to share with you one of my biggest "fashion" problems. Yup, you guessed it, the brows.
I find myself lucky to have been blessed with a full and healthy set of brows. For the first few years of my life, all my imperfections seemed to be 'blurred' every time I looked in the mirror. It was only when I reached adolescence that I noticed my bushy brows and everything else that was "wrong" with me.

Recently I've been looking at loads of magazines and blogs, watching tons of YouTube videos based on eyebrows. (I was relieved when I found out that I wasn't the only one scared of plucking my brows). Girls at my school have talked about my threading my brows and so on, but I can't quite decide what I really want to do of them. That was until I came across Miss Delevingne, of course! And Lily Collins!

Seeing famous people rocking the look made me realise that it's okay to have thick eyebrows. As long as you can groom them properly and keep them in shape, it's fine. I always imagined the transformation of me with thinner eyebrows. I mean, me, thin eyebrows? It just CANNOT be like that. Plus, thinner brows make you look older.

So now I've made a final decision. I'm happy with my brows just the way the are. I'm grateful that they are not sparse or anything, and with just a few adjustments here and there, my eyebrows will look great.

Sorry if this was a shorter post than usual.
